Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship securely across India via trusted courier partners. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. Deliveries to metro cities may arrive sooner.

Shipping Charges

Orders above ₹2,000 qualify for free shipping. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping charge of ₹150 applies.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Custom-stitched items require additional lead time, which will be communicated during or after checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and WhatsApp. You can also log in to your account and visit My Orders to view live tracking and shipment details.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails, our courier partner will make up to three attempts. After that, the package will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
