Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, or before the order has been dispatched — whichever is earlier. Once an order is dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must go through our return process.

How to Cancel

To cancel an order, log in to your account, navigate to the Orders section, select your order, and click "Cancel Order." Alternatively, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number.

Custom Orders

Custom-stitched and bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once work has commenced. Please review all specifications carefully before placing such orders.

Refunds for Cancellations

Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Seller-Initiated Cancellations

In rare cases, we may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment verification failure. You will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.
