Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible ready-to-wear items. All items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: custom-stitched garments, altered items, jewellery, and products purchased during Clearance Sales or with a final-sale label.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please log in to your account and go to Orders, then select the item and click "Request Return." Alternatively, contact us via WhatsApp or email within the return window.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchange

We offer size or colour exchanges subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same 7-day eligibility window as returns.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping is free for items that arrive damaged or defective. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
